We’ve been recruiting online studies for over ten years, and it’s been exciting to be involved in the increasingly popular arena of online research with both professionals and consumers.
Online studies make it easier to get the opinions of hard-to-reach executives and consumers throughout the country. Combination or hybrid studies incorporate an online component either before or after a set of in-person visits or ethnographies.
Clarity and coordination are key to making online studies run smoothly. We make a point of understanding both the moderator’s plan and the project’s platform in order to prepare respondents to get connected and get working on their study activities without mishap.
Here are some examples of our work in the online arena:
Over 100 new nationwide purchasers of mobile phones upload images and comments about getting to know their new phone in a multi-week immersive study online.
